A product is sold out, when will it be available again?
The current availability (depending on the selected color) is indicated for each of our products, in the section dedicated to them on our site. If the product is out of stock, contact us for information.
Do the products have to be assembled?
Some sets must be assembled. They are delivered with instructions and everything you need for easy assembly.
I have not received any confirmation for my order, what should I do?
Order confirmations are automatically sent via email within a few minutes of completing the order. If you have not received anything, it is demonstrable that a technical problem has occurred. In this case, do not hesitate to contact us, we will send you the confirmation email manually.
I'm not sure if the order was registered, what should I do?
If you do not receive any confirmation email, please do not hesitate to contact us, so we can check in our database that your order has been properly registered.
What data do I have to tell you to place an order?
To proceed with the order we need the following information:

How will my personal data be processed?
All personal information communicated will be treated in a totally confidential, are used internally to communicate the order made through our website. The data will not be transmitted to any third person (except for the courier, who will have to contact you at the time of delivery).
How can I pay?

Delivery takes place only upon payment received.
Do you ship abroad too?
Of course, if you live in another EU country, do not hesitate to get in touch with us. We will gladly offer you a fair and advantageous rate.
Can I know the exact delivery date?
The courier will call you to grant a delivery date according to your availability. This is why we can not tell you the exact day of delivery when you place an order.
Can I send the order to another address?
Certainly. If the billing address is different from the shipping address you must specify it when filling out the form for your purchases.
After the purchase
Can I cancel my order?
If the product has not already been shipped, you can cancel your order at any time. The important thing is that you contact us by phone and email as soon as possible, in this way we can block the shipment. If you have already paid, we will refund the full amount.
If I do not like the product, can I return it?
As established by Italian law, you can assert the right of withdrawal for the products purchased. For more details see the dedicated section on our website.
What can I do if the product has defects?
If the product has any defects contact us, send photos of the damage. We will propose to you depending on the severity: the replacement of the product, a partial replacement or a partial refund.
